We do our best to to offer same day repairs, however, sometimes we are booked a day or two out.

After Hours Emergencies Only
Call us after: 4pm, 7 days a week for immediate service. After hours rate apply. *In some instances, we may not be available after hours.

*Exception: closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Please call our office, Monday thru Friday, 8am-4pm to reserve your spot on our schedule before your drip becomes a downpour.

We pay our employees for any work they do and we have to charge our regular rate to come to your property. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Guesstimating

SC Service can try to provide a ballpark estimate but we always charge actual time worked and materials used at the completion of every job. We want all who use our service to know that it could be more or less than what we estimated. Again, you will be charged for just actual time and materials.

Minimum Charge of 1 Hour

SC Service has a minimum charge of 1 hour for all jobs. After the first hour, we charge in 15 minute increments thereafter should the work require addition time.
